• The minimum rental period is 24 Hours. Half day rent is charged for the first 6 hours. Full day rent is applied if the time exceeds 6 Hours.
• Unlimited mileage is available if the vehicle is rented out for more than 3 days.

AGE
Compact & Medium Cars

• Drivers must be above 23 years of age
• Must have held driving license for over one year

Large & Luxury Cars

• Drivers must be above 25 years of age
• Must have held driving license for over one year

EXCESS INSURANCE CHARGES
In case of an accident by own mistake, which is not covered by CDW, the lessee is liable for the excess insurance & hire charges for the number of days the vehicle is in the workshop.

• AED.1000/- for Small & Medium Cars.
• AED.1500/- for Large Cars.
• AED.2000/- for Luxury & 4 Wheel Drives
• AED.2500/- Commercial Vehicles.

ACCIDENT/DAMAGE

In case of an Accident / Damage to the vehicle, the following procedures must be observed -

• Call the Traffic Police immediately.
• Contact any of our nearest branches for assistance and advice.
• Obtain Police Report for insurance and repairs.

If covered by CDW immediate replacement will be provided without any payment, only if the accident is supported by a Police Report. All the claims are subject to acceptance by the Insurance Company.

DELIVERY / COLLECTION

Free in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman & Fujairah. AED. 100/- will be charged for delivery or collection in Ras-Al-Khaimah and Umm-Al-Quwain.
